Sending approval
To keep Mailhuset's shared sending reputation clean (which protects *your* deliverability), new accounts go through a lightweight approval step before they can send freely, the same model Postmark uses.
What to expect
- Pending: a new account can send only limited, restricted mail (for example
to your own verified addresses) so you can test the integration.
- Approved: once approved, you can send to any recipient, subject to your
plan's limits.
The Sending approval page shows your current status.
Get approved
The account owner submits for review from the Sending approval page. Tell us, briefly: what you'll send (e.g. transactional receipts, or opt-in newsletters), roughly how much, and that your recipients have consented. Clear, legitimate use cases are approved quickly.
Make approval smooth
- Verify your sending domain first. Authenticated senders are
trusted.
- Only send to people who opted in; describe your consent process.
- Keep transactional and bulk separate (deliverability).
After approval
New domains still benefit from a gradual warm-up: ramp volume rather than blasting from zero. See Deliverability best practices.
