Team & account security

Invite your team

Open Team to invite teammates by email and assign a role. Roles control who can do what, from members who work day-to-day to managers who handle team, billing, and account settings. Assign the least privilege that lets someone do their job; you can change a role later.

Two-factor authentication

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) from Settings to require a code from your authenticator app at sign-in. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe. They get you back in if you lose the device. Enabling 2FA is the single best step to protect an account that can send mail from your domain.

Sessions

Review active sessions in Settings, and use sign out everywhere if you suspect a session is compromised or after rotating a password.

Protecting API keys

API keys are as sensitive as passwords. They can send mail as you. Store them in a secret manager, never in source or client code, scope them per environment, and revoke immediately if one is exposed.
